A cool & casual two-story restaurant/lounge. With chef Pedro Matamoros in the kitchen, curing ducks & preparing terrines for his excellent charcuterie board, you cannot go wrong with this place. \nПодробнее
What to get: Deviled eggs with pastrami bacon; bowl of pickles, tomatoes, and cucumbers; steamed mussels with lomo; Cuban-style pressed-pork sandwich; grilled quail; grilled rib eye; lamb Bolognese.
Monday night is half price wine night. The list, while not all available wines, is still extensive & very good. The service was great. We will definitely return. No disappointments in any course.
Attention DC snobs: it IS possible to fall in love with food in Silver Spring! Excellent terrine, awesome duck fat fries, chix sandwich is to die for! And Pimms!
The food here is really good. Try the calamari as well as the chix sandwich! The only complaint is the service is a little slow and the burger is dry!!
I like this place though the taxi line and the construction in front is unattractive. Once inside you can count on good food and great wine selection. We discovered a great Syrah from a winery in Mt A
Worst customer service EVER!!!! Really good chicken sandwich tho.. I would only ever do carry from this place since the service is so bad. Waiters are very snobby.
