Shirley Liu: Awesome restaurant by the State Bird people. Loved my Sunny Jin cocktail and a few of my fave dishes were the pig fries (with cauliflower salad), buttered clams, and mushroom kale salad.

Holger Lüdorf: Fantastic tofu, but also some great sushi. Go for the daily recommendations in the blackboard. We had top notch Ankimo, Sanma, Hirame, and a great eggplant dish. All Japanese staff btw.
