Best paella in Barcelona is 7 Portes' Paella Parellada. A nice jamón, some bunyols de bacallà (cod fritters) and paella for 2 if you're 3 (portions are huge) and you're good to go!
Best tapas in Barcelona. Best to go if you're 5 or more. They don't make reservations. Just be there at 1pm or 8pm. Waiters are a lot of fun too.
