Cool little no-frills sandwich shop. Some interesting takes on classic sandwiches. Subs are kind of small but they’re reasonably priced. Definitely try a signature sub. Trademark turkey was tasty.
Dedham outpost of Boston-area chain. More spacious than South End location, but atmosphere isn’t as good. Flour tortillas are the standout. Mole is really good too. Get pollo mole with flour tortillas
Awesome freshly baked bread, desserts and various treats, with some excellent vegan options, including chocolate chip cookies. The sourdough loaf and baguettes are amazing, my favs.
Working, picturesque farmhouse brewery where they brew all their beers. Many are then transported to Portland for barrel aging. But every Oxbow beer is brewed here.
Up and coming brewery located 30 mins from downtown Boston. NEIPAs are a dime a dozen these days but VSB does them better than most. Show up an hour early on Saturday to make sure you get cans to go.
