Frieten gebakken in plantaardig vet. Er is ook een vegetarische optie. Met andere woorden: de Brusselse frituren kunnen er nog veel van leren!

Interesting concept but I didn't think that it worked that well. I had the Panko crusted fish on a Tuesday. I don't remember the type of fish. Was a little dry for my taste.
