1- the reserve cheeses from the cheese cave (Ossau Iraty and Chabrin) & 2- The in house butcher shop. speck, ham, Jadgwurst & an interesting one is the lamb liver pate (actually usually quite mellow)

Go to Caputo's and get the Soprano sandwich. Possibly the best sandwich I have ever tasted.
