Absolutely unbelievable. The rigatoni with beef shank, fried potatoes, horseradish (!), and parm is one of the best, most inventive pasta dishes I have ever had in my entire life.
I could eat the “Hot Chicken Sandwich” (not Nashville, a Québécois open-faced ordeal) basically every day. This restaurant is actually perfect.
Awesome sandwich. I’d be here for lunch way too often if I worked nearby. Porchetta House Special was great: crackling added a nice crunch and the mustard and parm cream cut through the saltiness.
