pick a table any table out front. cornelia street itself is obvious and tucked away. the cafe is no different. try anything and everything, sit outside, and fall in love with new york over and over.
My favorite huevos rancheros worldwide.l! Drinks are a bit pricey, but thankfully brunch only happens once (or twice if you're a lush) a week. Friendly staff, great service, and cozy atmosphere.
Prix-fixed for brunch is very versatile and priced extremely reasonably. Eggs florentine are delicious, and the Bloody Mary's are excellent for hangovers.
Great place for brunch. On weekends, get the prix fixe with egg florentine and smoked salmon. If weather is good, sit outside. They also have concerts almost every evening.
Wonderful place. The only negative is that the young bartender clearly hates his job. Note to all, if you love your work you will never work another day in your life!
Wow this place is tiny. Make a reservation. Go early as you can. It's hopping upstairs in the restaurant and downstairs in the club. The food is superb. The programming (music schedule) is awesome!
A former stop on the tour, this was a writers bar. Suzanne Vega came here- part of the Songwriters' Exchange. Great little cafe in a neighborhood with rich literary history. Check us out for more info \nПодробнее
One of the best restaurants in the city! Intimate and open ambience. Great selection of wines, great food and generally great service. Try the sesame crusted salmon!
Enjoy Jazz? Head over to Cornelia Street Cafe to hear talented artists from Mostly Other People Do the Killing performing live tonight. Wed, 8/27, 8:30pm, $10 cover. \nПодробнее
Everyone was nice EXCEPT our waitress, young woman short dark hair. We had large group and she got her auto 20%, and was nasty the whole time. Food & drinks were all fantastic, would go back.
The food is good...but did you forget? You're on Cornelia St. There are much better restaurants worth your time and $$ next door and across the street. Also, service here is el sucko.
Meet Tim O'Mara on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 6:00 PM as he reads from his debut novel Sacrifice Fly. Also with Michele Carlo, Julia Joseph, and John Newell. Hosted by Thomas Pryor. \nПодробнее
Great Food but very Lousy service, ruder servers, bar tender had no clue what the daily specials were kept asking the other server for them, you would think she would write them down
Launchpad for Suzanne Vega, The Vagina Monologues & innumerable others, Cornelia Street Cafe has been a mainstay hub of the Old Village since 1977. A fine glass of wine and a finer meal is never far out of reach.
