Joshua HeykoopМарт 17, 2014I was just there with Mich Deca and the customer service was horrible and a couple of the rooms had bed bugs in them. Other than that the view is awesome and they have a lot to do in and around you.

The front desk people aren't the nicest, but it's an overall good spot.

To navigate hotel; always go to floor 1. Take escalator up for cvs, transit & tunnels. Down for food courts

They need to clean the windows. You can barely see outside.
