Food stalls with an array of different cuisines as well as fresh fruit, baked goods, and even a store dedicated solely to tabasco! Loved the vintage take on some of the stores.
All the great food places are almost overwhelming. Everything from Brazilian BBQ, French, doughnuts to ice cream. If your in the mood to try something different, this is the place. Park vouch avail…
Opened in 1934 and with much of its original flavor — the freshest produce, gourmet meats and cheeses, and hot donuts — plus a few extra touches (gluten-free pizza, gumbo, authentic Mexican food).
I come here a lot. Really nice farmers market. Food, trinkets and almost everything else. Right next to The Grove so you could spend a whole day. Well worth the visit.
This farmers market reminds me of the tapasmarkets in Madrid. Get there early to grab a seat and eat savory crepes while you watch the hustle and bustle as everything opens.
Not your traditional farmers market where you'll expect fruit and vegetable stands, there is some but the majority are restaurants that range from Cajun to Mediterranean to regular good ol' barbecue
Excelente o lugar. Várias opções para comer. Comprando qq coisa. Valide o estacionamento. Ah! Kkkk
I love everything about this place. There's so many different types of food to try here! I would highly recommend trying the Brazilian place! You can never go wrong getting food at this place!
I loved the place, vendors, and products that I bought. It was fresh, the best selection, and trustworthy to buy. Besides, the ambiance of the market was very clean, cute, and stylish.
Try one of everything! Yes, that’s a LOT... so you’ll have to come back multiple times. Everything I ate here was delicious. This is a “must do” for every LA visit for me.
A historic market with over 100 grocers, specialty shops, and restaurants. It is a favorite among the locals and tourists since 1934. There's something for everyone here!
We had lunch at marmelade cafe, might be the only restaurant with excellent quality/price ratio. service was fantastic and food surprisingly really good for such a touristic place!
Been going here since I was a kid. It's a favorite. If you're from out of town or you've never been, you've got to go there. Lots of movies being filmed there too.
Visit at sunset, grab a table, get a beer, and grab some food. Life will be good.Pro-tip: park in the lot on the left as you're driving in. Just don't forget to get your parking validated.
A wonderful place filled with the cuisines of the world. This place is a foody mecca. More of a bazaar than a market. Be warned the grove parking is a completely different entity.
I prefer picking an exotic piece of fruit myself, however dangerous the circumstances, but the quality and selection of tastes here might be worth risking your life for as well, should it be crowded.
I go out of my way to buy groceries here... Freshest fruits, vegetables, and meats in all LA! Try Farm Boy for fruits/vegetables, Puritan Poultry for chicken, & Huntington Meats for meats and sausage
Located at 3rd & Fairfax adjacent to The Grove shopping center, the Original Farmers Market features an amazing array of eateries with cuisine ranging from Singaporean to French to American BBQ.

Must-do's: grab some ricotta salata from Monsieur Marcel, warm apple fritter at Bob's Donuts, hot sauce from Light My Fire, and old-fashioned candy from the farm stands. \n
With food stands offering anything from French to Chinese and American to Italian cuisine, the Farmers Market offers the best of the food world. The workers here really know their trade.
Love this spot! Take your time looking through the shops & food stands.. You never know who you might see.. Plus, everything smells amazing and tastes even better!

The Original Farmers Market
6333 W 3rd St (at Fairfax Ave.)
Established in 1934, when a dozen local farmers parked their trucks on an open field (once a dairy farm) to sell fresh produce to local residents, the Market has remained true to its roots ever since. Over 75 years later the Farmers Market remains the one stop shop for every visitor’s needs.
