Bryan IsbellОктябрь 24, 2012Amazing hotel. Free wifi for rewards members. Daily wine reception (complimentary). Parking is $45, but valet is very prompt (less than 5 mins). Service exceeds other equiv hotels!
Flora ChengИюнь 12, 2017You can ask the front desk for a variety of items such as picnic blanket, bike, flat iron, etc. There is also an umbrella in the room that you can borrow. There's no ac or windows in the gym.

Highly recommended! Eco and pet friendly. Amazing staff and great location! Definitely going to stay here again.

If you ask they will bring you a coffee pot. Nice, friendly staff.

RexОктябрь 24, 2017Do not stay on the 5th floor. Dirty Habit (restaurant/bar) is on that floor, and people are seated right outside the windows. I was charged for using the minibar and had to call to correct the error
Kristina BabcockОктябрь 11, 2011Airport shuttle price is a bit much. $5 per reservation up front then another $10 at drop off at SFO. Bart is cheaper. Just takes about 10/15 longer. Shuttle should be complimentary...
Avoid room 532 unless you want to bring the party to your room. It's across from the bar and next to the elevator.
Use the Summer 2012 secret password "SLIP 'N SLIDE" & get something fun at check-in!!

- Ask for a goldfish in your room! Get a little "Guppy Love" while staying here.

The food is nice, but will take you half an hour to decode the menu, then expect to pay $10 per mouthful...
Bar on 5th floor has amazing selection of Bourbons, Wiskeys, Vodkas.
Make sure you become an In Touch member! $10 to raid the mini bar-woot!!
Please remember the free goldfish is not part of the mini bar.
