    This store is NOT open until 7pm on Sundays it is ONLY open until 6pm. And yes the employee at the door WILL be rude about it. Sigh.

    The returns desk is a joke, take a ticket and wait all day. Only 2 counters open and they workers go slow and don't care about speed. Feels like being at a government office.

    I can't stress enough how terrible customer service is here. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to one hour for returns or delivery. Very low on staff as well. Awful experience.

    It's hard not to like the styles but still the same cheap/crappy materials and way overpriced. And most of all customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
