Try "Teaterbaren" at the third floor. At summer I recommend the top floor which has a nice outdoor bar (and it is not too crowded).

Bästa burgaren jag ätit i mitt liv. Fantastisk inredning. Bästa drinkutbudet jag råkat ut för i Stockholm. Mysigt med ordentliga chesterfield-fåtöljer. Lagom för samtal i små sällskap.
På sommaren är det ett underbart romantiskt ställe att käka en lunch eller ta en fika på. En kall öl under blommande äppelträd är svårslaget! Stort utbud av kakor mm. Men tidvis trångt.
This is one of my favorite indian restaurants. Probably the best indian food i have had in Sweden, but also probably the most expensive. It is a cozy and nice restaurant!
The schnitzel is great. So is the beer selection. It is also a very cozy resturant in a minimalistic kind of way. It is dark in there!
The scenic view over Stockholm is one of the best. Great cocktail bar. Wonderfull service. Romantic. The food is great. But it is pricy.
Great view over Stockholm! But you have better be here in good time. The food is fabolous if you are into veggie food. It is a buffet, but also it is kind of pricy. And no beer!
Prisvärt, men mycket enkelt. Maten är dock värd mer än vad priset antyder. Prova deras vegetariska tali - det är hur mycket mat som helst och jättegott (naanbröd ingår i priset).
Bunburgern är lätt den bästa burgaren jag testat här än så länge. Nice fries bör med fördel delas med cheese fries - be om det när du beställer! Hela haket får som helhet 8/10 av mig.
Close to the harbour. Good choise of pizza and pasta. A small corner for kids to play in. Free wi-fi. Great restaurant!
Great museum IF you are into military history! One of the best museums i have been to. Nice coffee corner for a quick lunch.
The Kaubamaja store is fabolous! The grosserystore at ground floor is also very good. The entire mall is quite posh, so nothing for the one who is trying to save up...
Great place to have a beer in the evening. The feeling is a bit bohemian - in a nice, clean and deliberate way. I like it alot! The food is decent.
Wonderful steaks. Nice appetizers. Great desserts. And all in a nice environment and at great value. One of my favorites in Tallinn so far!
Great value. Nice food. Nice interior. As long as there are free seats it's a really good joint for a nice dinner if you are in to pizza or pasta.
Wonderful pies. I was absolutely stunned by the food. It doesn't look much from the outside, but this is a must for any tourist in Tallinn. The staff was very service minded!
Service was alright. Great interior! And the chicken tikka masala was fabolous! Highly recomended!
