Its usually pretty quiet, good to go to if you are a solo viewer like me! Popcorn is stupidly over priced (but show me a cinema that isn't!) Take snacks with you from the sweet shop at the food court

This Wasabi is more spacious than it's China Town counterpart & super convenient for a cinema date at the Odeon! Set menu A is excellent value - £8.95 for 6 sushi plates with miso soup!
The Castlefield Artisan Market is based here (now the first Saturday of the month - NOT Sundays) fantastic selection of artisan stalls - food, antiques / vintage, accessories, arts etc
Get there before 7 for BOGOF cocktails...expect a long wait at the bar... it's more than worth it. Skinny mojito is fab, as are all the mojitos. Food is also very very good- the place to be right now
Fantastic guest house in an ideal position, 2min walk from pier! Ice cream bar a few doors up, cool pub across the rd from that (and more along that street). Good B&B brekkie, great all rounder!
