Best beer bar in Cambridge. Amazing selection and all that, but really the reason to come here is that the food is excellent. Perfect truffle fries and also get the chicken lollipops.
Just found they have this thing called Cheese Grits which literally is the best thing I've ever tasted. So, get that, and if you're there for brunch get the biscuits 'n' gravy. Breakfast of champions.
Had the Box lunch for brunch, sandwich and a their Glorious pale ale - delicious. Staff was warm and friendly. No wait just stepped in and had a great meal.
Go on Sunday for brunch. It's catching on fast as it used to be my little secret. It's getting busier these days. I always get the bisquits and gravy. It is to DIE for! Grapefruitmimosa -also yum
Lord Hobo is the old B-Side Lounge. Situated in a residential neighborhood a 15 minute walk from Kendall or Central Squares on the Red Line you need to want it to get here. It's worth it.
There are 40 rotating taps, and, boy, do they rotate, with great rare beers. The bottle list is just as much of a treasure trove. The wait staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. \nПодробнее
A beer connoisseur’s bar with 40-plus ever-changing taps from local faves (Pretty Things Beer and Ale Project) to national breweries (San Diego’s Green Flash). \nПодробнее
The food at Lord Hobo is very good, but don’t go if you don’t love fresh, extreme draught beers, because the beer is the uniquely wonderful thing here. The friendly servers are there to aid newbies. \nПодробнее
One of the best beer bars in Cambridge. Great draught selection, food is good but menu is slim. The truffle fries are the go to appetizer and $1 oyster deal is a good decision.
There's food available as long as they're open, even substantial stuff like sandwiches. And the beer selection is always top notch, but that's almost a given.
The house beers are good but they really shine with their guest tap list. Only drank here but man is it pricey--be prepared to drop some coin if coming here for a couple drinks.
Great food and an excellent rotating taplist. Best beer bar in the Boston area. Only downside is parking can be difficult and it's a long walk to the Central or Kendall T.
I thought that the menu read to sound amazing. After 3 visits, however, I have yet to be thrilled by any of the items I've tried. The beer (and cocktail) list is impressive, but expect to wait.
Just steps away from Meadhall, this little spot has a great selection to wet your taste buds. Has a good wine selection as well, if your into that thing!
Pretty divey place, very dark inside but they have a huge beer list. The menu is fairly small but the food is pretty good, it's comfort/bar food. The portions arent huge but it is filling.
Only went once, opening night. Line down the block. I had Cantillon (framboise and gueuze) on TAP! was in an earthly heaven. Don't remember the food as I was too focused on my Cantillon. 50 craft taps
A favorite "dive" in Cambridge. Kitchen is open late, food is great, but make sure you get there early if they have a favorite beer on tap. Best kegs get kicked early.
Not to be outdone by the drinks, the food menu features comfort foods like fried calamari, steak tartare, mac & cheese with applewood smoked bacon, & a massive veggie burger with loads of toppings. \nПодробнее
I've spent time in Boston, NYC, Europe and Lord Hobo remains one of my favorites for amazing / creative entres and a top-notch selection of beer and liquor
