The 'Salami' - Creamy mozzarella, sweet & salty tomato base that has a little basil kick. Dough is exactly how it should be also, crusty and puffy around the rim with a great balance of 'leapording'.
I feel like the guys at SUD have just driven from Naples and started flinging their ridiculously good pizza at us. Great dough / melted cheese ratio. Sauce is zingy. Leave to cool a little while.
Get the Rib Man Holy F**K sauce, it's Holy F**KING good. Great Neapolitan pizza in general. Tangy, sweet, salty, dough-y good.
It's like someone got the best of all the Neapolitan pizzerias in London and merged them into a large, bustling but swift-to-eat venue. Great pizza, good price. Try the Calabria with Nduja, tasty AF.
I feel a bit weird about the recent menu additions (Sunday Roast??) but I guess this has to be on the list - anyway, loved the thyme-kick on the Prosciutto & Mushroom. Nicely put together pizza.
Listing this more for the ambience than the food BUT, the pizza is GOOD and has a nice structure to it. Crispy 'Leapordy' crust, good melt and slightly gooey middle. Winning.
Nice New York-style slices if you're in the West End and fancy something casual. I'm a pepperoni-purist so can only comment on how good and semi-crispy that was, as the name suggests - fold and EAT!
