- emeФевраль 21, 2015One of my favorite summer bars: amazing (and huge) garden and next to McCarren park. Sometimes they'll let you bring food from nearby to cater your own party. Come for the drafts and the salty dogs.
- Shelly TimminsИюль 12, 2013Great beer, huge patio, and an amazing Korean hole in the wall downstairs. If you're about the clean eating get the bonchon. Amazing. The scallion something cake is basically Korean pizza from heaven!
- My favorite place to eat in Greenpoint- chef woody is amazing - his handmade dumplings are great - solid for vegetarians too, plus good music, good bar, and great outdoors space. Highly recommend.
- loran jonakИюль 4, 2015This is a typical dive bar but don't be afraid. Only 4 beer taps but they are good beers plus cans and bottles. The liquor selection is impressive, especially the whiskey.
- Gordon MeiИюль 12, 2014Chill in the tree-lined courtyard at the back. Dance to live vinyl played by a DJ behind the bar. There's no signage when you're finding this place on the street.
- GothamistИюнь 6, 2012It's like Fern Gully but with more tattoos. Happy hour runs until 8 and features $2 off drafts and wells, and there's food to be had downstairs. They also pour a solid Old Overholt for $6!
- Untapped CitiesНоябрь 16, 2014Originally a ramen shop led by Lindsay Salminen, the shop has now taken a Thai direction under Chef Nam. Dishes range from Bok Choy to Fish ball Noodle Soup. \nПодробнее
- Jess HymanМай 17, 2013massive backyard. long picnic tables, wooden swing and big, blooming tree smack-dab in the middle, it's still one of the loveliest outdoor spots in the area
- Angela WenИюнь 26, 2013Sit outside and order Korean food from the restaurant downstairs. Cold buckwheat noodles with a side of banchan = perfect for a hot summer's night.
- Mike SingletonИюнь 10, 2012The nameless Greenpoint bar recently started serving noodles out of its lower level. Patrons are instructed to order at the bar and bring their ticket downstairs to Lindsay Salminen (Pies n' Thighs) \nПодробнее
- Kevin HicksМарт 26, 2013Monday night DJ really knows what he's doing. Other staff also excellent as is decor. Peak hours=a bit crowded for my taste. Noodle bar downstairs=best Thai food ever.
- Serious EatsАпрель 17, 2013The 'secret' kitchen of this bar changes its menu frequently, but we've been happy with the Asian dishes we've had there.
- Becca McArthurНоябрь 30, 2012Collect your friends and four or five bags of Wise chips (maybe throw some Cheetos in there too). Spread out at a backyard table on a summer night, drink, and get weird.
- The new Korean concept they have going downstairs is great - loved the bibimbap, and you can get a cocktail from the bar.
- Make this your last stop for the night. Great music, cheap drinks, hot babes and surprisingly large backyard. Noodle kitchen too is damn awesome too.
- RisaСентябрь 21, 2012Grub Street off-menu dish: An Entire Noodle Counter. "This isn't so much an off-menu dish as it is an entire semisecret restaurant in the basement of a nameless Greenpoint bar."
- Fodor's TravelСентябрь 9, 2015Entering the dark, narrow space feels a bit like boarding the Orient Express. If the backyard is open, take your drinks outside. \nПодробнее
- No more ramen here. But don't worry: the Thai menu is pretty good. You can also eat upstairs/they'll bring your food to you upstairs before 8pm.
- Lisa WiselyОктябрь 2, 2011Backyard is big and really nice. The staff was really nice. The place was packed full of really annoying kids on a Fri night but that is my problem, not theirs. I should never go out on a week night.
- dennis mcqueenИюль 3, 2013If you order a tecate, be sure to request a lime, otherwise they use "lime juice" and your first sip will taste like barf. None the less, fantastic joint
- Hunter WilliamsАвгуст 15, 2013Can't believe this was my first time here. A great bar with an incredible backyard.
- David HoltzМарт 29, 2017According to the Village Voice, locals affectionately refer to this place as "Wood Pussy."
- Anne CzernekАвгуст 27, 2012A destination for the excellent noodles and backyard (the beers are passable).
- Jay KeenanСентябрь 20, 2012Got a free shot for waiting a bit to order a beer. Then realized the bartender gave me change for a 10 rather than the 20 I gave him. That's an expensive free shot!
- Summer nights in the back yard are magical, but the inside is neat, too.
- Rich KearneyНоябрь 12, 2012Deceptively small bar with a big ass backyard. They serve some pretty tasty ramen outback too.
- Gabs SСентябрь 2, 2012The backyard is why you should come to Brooklyn. Also, the bathroom on the main floor is unexplainably unreal.
- Patrick de ShongМай 4, 2013Dope spot. Trill bartenders. Be nice and get nice and drunk here for hours.
- Simon De ChabaneixАпрель 23, 2013Très sympa. Les consos sont franchement abordables. Petit resto au sous sol.
- Lori WhiteАвгуст 23, 2012Ask about the secret noodles downstairs and GET the oxtail. Good GOD it's good!
- Kevin HicksАпрель 2, 2013No more Thai food/drunk noodles downstairs. It s Korean "restaurant only" (no drinks from upstairs) and were out of half items on their menu before 11. On a Monday. On their opening night.
- LisaИюль 22, 2012The bartenders are cool, but go here at the weekend only if you're ok with the blow ins. Five words: Ironic Reba McIntyre Shirt Douchebag.
- BlackBook MagazineДекабрь 14, 2012Where hipsters bring their OKCupid dates for Thai noodles. Outdoor patio allows for perceived privacy. \nПодробнее
- Zach MackИюль 10, 2012Grub Street's Cheap Eats says: "Seasonal greens, $6, plus lamb cumin noodle plate, $12."
- Conor MouginИюнь 12, 2012Try waiting less than 10 minutes on a Monday for a beer when there are 3 bartenders!
- Connie KimАпрель 2, 2013The Thai noodlebar downstairs is no more-the end of what used to be a great thing. The now Korean gig was unprepared on their 1st night; ran out of dumplings before midnight on a Monday. AWFUL service
- Mike CherepkoСентябрь 15, 2012Walk through the back door and think of pepperoni pizza (freezer style).
