Alex Miller: I’m a fan of the peril, pabellon, jamon con queso, vegetariana, and vegana picante arepas. The carite frito and pabellon criollo dishes are also great. Wash it all down with a cocada.

Alex Miller: A great option for delivery. Can't go wrong with the marinated pork tacos. Even the rudimentary chicken quesadilla is phenomenal.

Alex Miller: Delicious and nutritious. Not your typical NY pizza fare, but unpretentious and satisfying. The food comes out scorching hot, so beware.

Alex Miller: Some of the best cocktails in the area. A neighborhood mainstay.

Alex Miller: The cannoli is everything you'd ever hope for, but don't sleep on the almond cookies.

Alex Miller: They know how to make a proper coffee. And their juices are restorative, especially after a hard day's night.

Alex Miller: Neapolitan pizza that is arguably just as good as Roberta's.

Alex Miller: The best pizza in the neighborhood. Get the New Yorker. Reliably excellent delivery -- not available on Seamless, but worth calling in.

Alex Miller: Friendly staff. Welcoming, intimate atmosphere. Good drinks. They serve a surprisingly good burger.

Alex Miller: Great, unpretentious space. Check out the backyard. Dogs allowed.

Alex Miller: Good coffee and pastry selection. The pelmeni dumplings are good, but the buckwheat bowl is where it's at. Service can be slow at times.

Alex Miller: Get a drink and sit outside. The burger is only $7 and it is delicious. Skip the rest of the menu.

Alex Miller: Perfect for a weekday night. Get a cocktail or a beer and share a heaping bowl of fries with your friends. The narrow bar corridor can get crowded during peak hours.

Alex Miller: The brunch is good, but it gets very busy. Try their dinner menu. It's even better.

Alex Miller: No frills Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is fine, but I prefer delivery.

Alex Miller: Miami vibes. Excellent coffee. Grab a to-go cup and head to Maria Hernandez Park.

Alex Miller: The chicken biscuit will stick to your ribs (and make you stronger). They sometimes show sports on their TVs, so beware (or get there early if that's your thing).

Alex Miller: For late nights and the morning after. This is the realest establishment that Bushwick has to offer. It's perfect.

Alex Miller: Great throwback atmosphere. Come here to drink. Try the zombie. Only get food that incorporates fried chicken.

Alex Miller: Not Circo's, but great in its own way.
