Talk about good customer service. They dont even provide beach towels. Shower & rest room looked unfinished. Again, not something you would expect and appreciate for the rate you paid for.
And when I asked why it wasn't, the person in charge, by the name of Janz merely said "hindi nyo ko tinanong kung ano ung amenities, sana nasabi ko na wala". He said that 3x instead of apologizing.
They make this resort look like a high end place, but they fail miserably in providing standard/basic amenities. Their seaside rooms DO NOT have hot/cold shower. Even low end resorts would have that.
Write a prayer petition. Feels like you are closer to God when you pray here its very solemn
Try the crispy dinuguan of Taste of Laoag. It's a nice variation of your traditional dinuguan dish.
