Flying BisonНоябрь 20, 2015Nature photo exhibition by Elaine Bobkowski Saturday night 11/21 featuring free appetizers and the tapping of 'Loco Cocoa,' an oatmeal milk stout brewed with Sulawesi coffee, coconut, and cacao nibs.
Our holiday draft-only favorite, Scotch Ale, will be released Thursday November 19th in the tasting room. Slàinte!- A different cask ale, served in 20oz imperial pint glasses, is tapped every Friday at 3pm. This week, try our Aviator Red dry hopped with East Kent Goldings!

Flying Bison Brewing Company is a packaging brewery located in the city of Buffalo, and the first stand alone brewery to operate in the city proper since Iroquois Brewing closed its doors in 1972.
