Roopa KОктябрь 28, 2012Love that this bar is entirely vegan - all snacks are vegan (including the tasty jerk seitan empanadas) as are all drinks (they use agave syrup as a sweetener).
Its all vegan and has incredible bloody marys. Dont miss the empanadas from V Spot. You can skip the Regal Vegan pie, though.

The homemade salsa is killer. Forget the empanadas, just eat a bowl of salsa.

Lots of love went into this place- used to be a casket factory! Don't worry though, the wood is NOT from caskets, or so they say. Make sure to check out the bar.

Drank the level 3 spicy pickleback. Haven't cried that much since Antie died in "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids".
The vegan empanadas are out of this world. Even my meat eating roommate thinks so. And the drinks are to DIE for.
Grattan street, not avenue. Moving on, it's a fun place. Great bartenders and drink selection.
Awesome bartenders. Always a nice tap rotation.
