The bubur susu (pictured) palette cleanser at the end of meal is just magic!
yusuke hiwasakiАвгуст 8, 2017インドネシアローカルの食材をふんだんに使った創作フュージョン料理。ランチでも一月ぐらい前から予約は必須。通常のコースの他にベジタリアンコースがあり、各コース5または7品のコースし選択でき、ドリンクもペアリングできる。子供向けに3品コースもオファーされ、一皿の量は少ないが十分お腹いっぱいになる。最後のデザートまでに2時間以上かかるので直後の予定まで余裕を持つ必要あり。
