Love this bar very cool and casual atmosphere. You can sit outside on the patio and take in the strip or sit inside. Happy Hour daily from 2 to 6 pm but only applies at the bar. Drinks are good too.

A great place to stop if you desire a patio in Vegas that is on the strip. More located at the Mirage but it has a tropical vibe and live music. A great place for a meeting point with friends.

Get yourselves a Scorpion bowl folks! Definitely a 2 to 4 person drink that will surely get the party started. Not on the menu as well so you'll have to ask for it

Gute Drinks, freundlicher Service - und ein Ort, an dem auch mal ne Zigarre geraucht werden darf! Eine Auswahl an Zigarren sogar im Angebot. Die Bar ist leider - wie in ganz Las Vegas - nicht billig.

Awesome happy hour 2-6, but happy hour deals don't apply to the patio unfortunately. So buy happy hour drink at the bar first then bring it to the patio to drink; most waitresses are ok with it.

If you are going to RHUMBAR a hookah experience is a must. Multiple flavors to choose from. Prices start at 35.00 for one flavor or 65.00 for unlimited. Hookah fees are cash only.

This place serve the worst hookah ever, the service wasn't good at all. I ordered a drink and I waited for long time and guess what they forgot! And what makes it worse the waitress didn't apologize!

The drinks are mediocre, and the hookah is awful. They use just one coal, and it’s lukewarm. Even after asking them to add extras and change them out, no improvement. I’d skip this place next time.

They did not take my four square discount and service was very slow until six pm then more waitresses showed up first drink fourty min wait had to grab the manager great setting and very comfortable
