Go for sunset, it's spectacular! Pretty cold up there though, brig a jacket. Drinks in the restaurant are reasonably priced (paid $6.05 for a coffee and a hot chocolate)
Delightful part of sitting in the bar is the person walking around with a basket of green chile biscuits and corn bread. Free. For Pete's sake, give him or her a buck every time they come by!
