Great place if you enjoy obscure and/or small brewery booze. Leave your attitude at the door, this is a calm, cool, place for everyone - and awesome staff; tip generously.
Great place to start an evening of bar hopping and then mozy, since it's a bit pricey. The beer selection is great and the bartenders/owners are some of the nicest you'll meet in San Francisco

Awesome selection of beer. Lots of sours. Flights only on Wednesdays.
The real secret here? Dogfish head 90min (9%) for $4.50. Can't go wrong.
