Simply the best dim sum in the city. Peking duck and sea bass in honey and borsch with cherries, which guests remember years later. Drop by just to witness the luxurious interiors of a palace.

Extravagant interior, and the Chinese food is pretty good though the portion is a bit small (compare to standard portion in Chinese restaurant). price is reasonable for this setting, service is good.

Greatly overrated. Food good enough and interesting setting (artificially antique). The terrace did not impress much- the air was a bit stuffy. Extremely slow and careless service. Greatly overpriced.
