Tofte’s is the best restaurant I’ve been to in the past 5 years. Did the chefs tasting menu. Everything... scallops, kielbasa, short ribs, duck confit, desserts, drinks... everything was phenomenal.
If you haven’t been to Ray’s you are missing something a. A tremendous selection of meat, etc...
Always a good German time... the Biergarten is great for a soccer match or, especially, for their Oktoberfest celebration.
The Hotel Julien is simply the best hotel in Dubuque. Late rooms, great bar, and an awesome place.
This was the best place we ate in Dubuque. Wonderful atmosphere. Excellent food and gorgeous Bloody Mary.
