Yes, the pescado taco nick's way is a must, the crispy tortilla is a nice added crunch.

The layout of the hotel is a bit strange (lots of winding hallways), but the breakfast buffet is not to be missed! Lots of options accommodating almost all palates.
Order a cappuccino, grab a kardemummabullar, (if you're hungry add a ham sandwich), and relax in the outside seating area.
The meal starts with scrumptious bread, the Arctic char is cooked well- crispy skin, moist flesh. The combo of saffron + dill was interesting.
The special exhibit was nice, but the permanent collection was more exciting- some of the most famous, controversial and influential modern art pieces are here, such as Rauschenberg's "Monogram".
Best burger I've had in Europe so far- I added caramelized onions, which complimented the secret sauce and the juicy patty nicely.
I recommend the cod and pork mains, as well as the simple but scrumptious new potatoes as well as the green beans side. Nordic w/ French influences is the vibe I got.
Arrive early in the day and purchase a combo ticket to see all the sights at the palace grounds- if you don't finish seeing them all, you can use the pass to see them another day!

Nice charcuterie plate + daily main courses (one fish, one meat). Friendly staff happy to translate the menu board for you. Try calling in advance (even the day of) to snag a reservation!
Not like the pad Thai I'm used to in the US, but regardless the noodles were scrumptious + served in a generous portion.
