Went with a group, which I wouldn’t advise. Yakitori was tasty, but the flavors didn’t surprise me or leave me craving more. Hard pass.

We had so many things, delicious, a bit expensive, but worth it. Did not love the "carbonara" ones. The chicken wings, amazing!

Rintaro's gyoza aren't always on the menu, but when they are, make sure you order the Berkshire pork-filled, lattice-surrounded dumplings. \nПодробнее

The portions are perfect! Not huge American ones that leave you stuffed with tons of leftovers; but Japanese portions that leave you satisfied and still able to move. Everything is delicious!

Atmospheric Izakaya with bright salads, great yakitori and perfectly chewy udon. Nicely curated sake list.

The chicken skewers—threaded with every part from the knee to the neck to, yes, the butt—are grilled over two types of charcoal because, well, that is the kind of detail that Rintaro is built on. \nПодробнее

Be sure to get the korokke: break open the exquisitely flaky and non-greasy panko coating (made from fresh Acme pain de mie) to reveal a creamy, fluffy, and lightly curried kabocha squash interior.

Their seafood sourcing is exquisite, shining in pristine dishes like the hirame no kombujime ($13.50), expertly cut sashimi of kombu-cured California halibut with the zip of fresh wasabi.

Really slow service and runs out of food pretty quickly. Took 45 min to get seated and order even with a reservation. Skewers were pretty good as well as the petrale sole Karaage.
