If you like soft pretzel bites, like I do, they're great. If you prefer your soft pretzels a little harder, then they might be too soft for you. But I prefer them soft, so I like them.
They only have one person serving dine in customers, take out customers, grocery shoppers, etc. She also goes and helps in the back too. If they have more than a couple customers, it'll get backed up.
