Amazing gym, amazing instructors. Might be worth it to get your own gloves (think bowling shoes for your hands).
Badass classes - circuit training that incorporates boxing. Eric was my instructor and he was the right amount of tough and the right amount of motivational - definitely will be back!
Really nice, modern, clean and new locker rooms and new equipment. Very nice environment...professional, knowledgeable, friendly trainers. Full boxing ring and heavy bags! The classes are serious!
Amazing instructors, fantastic boot camp classes. You will get an ass kicking here, without fail (in the best way possible).
Ruby AnayaФевраль 21, 2016If you've never boxed before I'd recommend taking a class at Overthrow first. Although the classes are half the size I think there's less boxing somehow.
If you haven't been before don't be late. Don't underestimate the time it takes to wrap your hands; you don't wanna be the one delaying class. And don't come if you can't handle tough love...
This is a great gym, clean and not too crowded. I highly recommend Victor because he's great and you get the results you want!!!!
Great work out - box training on Wednesdays at 8am are tough but good.- Knowledgable, motivating, personable instructors and trainers. Plenty of well kept equipment. Beautiful locker rooms with showers. Awesome gym!

Eric is a great trainer/instructor if you're just starting out. He seems to emphasize fundamentals and form best for the newbies.

Amazing gym, amazing classes, amazing personal trainers! You will see results right away.- Since unlimited classes is $198 a month, it makes sense to get if you attend more than twice a week.

The best boxing gym in the city! PERIOD!!
Work fitness and boxing boot camp classes are intense and a great work out.
Accidentally signed up for a bootcamp class instead of boxing. Class was extremely cramped.
