Ashley RoseАпрель 6, 2015Awesome studio- agree with the earlier comment, super sweaty hot flow without the oppression of bikram. And since they're technically a separate studio from Monster- you can do 2 classes on ClassPass!
I'm kind of obsessed with this place. They just opened the new location away from Monster Cycle so things are a bit under construction but it's still fabulous as are the teachers and staff.

This is my favorite yoga spot in NYC. Heated (but not Bikram-hot) vinyasa flows set to everything from Enya to Drake.
Love the hot vinyasa here! Great non traditional music and you'll get a great sweat! The 60 min class is perfect.

Honghui YuМай 6, 2018The classes here are great but the facilities could be better. Def don’t plan on using their shower. They only have one and it’s in the restroom right next to the toilet - questionable sanitation.
If you're looking for a solid vinyasa flow to top 40's music you've found your spot.

Try not to get a spot right under the heater unless you wanna KO during class
