The food is great & healthy as far as I know. Good portions, GREAT price! Try asian style chicken/brown rice ♥ Id recommend takeaway. Place is small, hot & looks like a cafeteria

I ordered classic chicken burger and sweet potatoes on side. Loved the concept of healthy choices and style of cooking. The taste is great just like how I would cook at home!!

They had a great vanilla protein with shot of espresso...a good all round place for pre and post work out meals...good option for girls who care about muscle mass, not just reducing their ass!!!

Great place for healthy food. Very diner-esque vibe. Ask for oatmeal and egg white pancakes with peanut butter (not on the menu). Everything on the menu is good but starts tasting the same.

The chicken breast is great and the portion is generous. Great food but I would like to see more items on the menu maybe a tomato soup. Love the less than 400 calorie menu concept

Tried the chicken melt with broccoli and was quite good. Overall a great place for quick healthy meals. Good value for money as well
