Ace is the best concierge I have ever come across. Brilliant, energetic, and friendly.

Hotel for adults, cute retro chic place. Old rooms have no elevators to 2nd fl, but supposedly bigger rooms. Lime trees in fountain area!

Parking in the backlot which is really is free vs. $14 for valet
- you can refill you coffee all day for free
