    Take a cardi always cold... Other shoppers some of the rudder around be prepared to be bashed and knocked into.. No consideration for disabled especially kids not being supervised

    don't wish to jump to conclusions but 1 member of staff repeatedly observed being nice to people before & after, but curt and rude with me (the only brown person in the line) expct bttr staff at M&S:(
