This location was well-organized a couple years ago, with benches and an electronic queuing system. Now, it's a mess of disorganized roped-off lines.

Mike CosmiАвгуст 10, 2012This place can learn from nj. Terrible. Standing in 2 lines for almost 1.5 hours. Switching license from nj to ny. Nj privatized theirs, not sure if that's why this place is a nightmare compared.
