Pleased with the service as well as the amenities on two trips. The rooms in the newer tower were well sized and comfortable. I particularly appreciate the bathroom's extra-high shower head placement.
Really well run & modern hotel right in the heart of everything. Plus it's connected to a great Mall & IMAX cinema complex. Only critique is the breakfast menu is basic. Would definitely come again.
A room is new, so comfortable to stay. It was great to rest my body which was tired with a long journey from Japan. There are coffee shop around lobby. You can use Wi-FI there.
For parking come enter from 10th street and park next to the elevators on P3. Always spots and they go straight to the ballroom next to the Olympic Tower guest elevators.
El hotel es muy lindo. Tiene tiendas dentro y un bar. Cuebta con un puente que conecta con otro donde hay bares y un centro comercial. La tarifa de usd 250 no incluye desayuno.
During the week, parking is $25. If you thrifty like me, I found a little way around this if time permits. There is a parking lot behind the Chase Bank (at the corner of NE 8th St & 106th Ave NE)
The service was phenomenal, however I was famished when I got to my room so I put in my minute rice and pressed the 1 minute button. THE MICROWAVE ONLY COOKED MY MEAL FOR 60 SECONDS! PLEASE FIX THIS!
... It costs $2 after 6pm. You just have to move your car by 8am. Also, between 8a-6p, you can park there for free for one hour. They check often, though, so don't go over your time.
Free parking on weekends, but make sure you check in ASAP or your room is likely to not be cleaned yet and you'll have to wait 45 minutes. Happened to me at 7:15pm (comped a drink though).
Parking for $4/night is just two blocks away at Hope and 11th. If there's nobody at night, just waif for the guy probably went for a coffee. Tip him $1 and leave your car on the ground floor.
People complain but I've been here going on 3 weeks now and I've had no problems with room service or housekeeping. This place is nice, even in the old tower.
