If you're a cyclist and you can't train on the road try RPM. Even if you can train on the road try adding RPM to your regime. It'll really help your strength on hills and speed on the flat.
Gym is always busy, but the classes are nice. Evening schedules though are not great for anyone who gets off around 5:30 or 6 though, even if you work across the street.
Go between 5:30 and 8am if you want to work out without the hassle of waiting for equipment. Yeah, it's early, but it's a great way to kick off the day when followed with a long hot shower.
