Angelos PappasДекабрь 7, 2016Terrible service! Forgot to give us all transit docs. Baggage drop-off takes three times more than actual check-in. Gate security check takes up to 2h. Flights delays very common. Horribly organized!

As usual have to queue and very slow service.. .make sure come to check in very early.. who knows you the one who will miss the flight..

Sam YoonИюнь 28, 2013National currency Birr is worth less than toilet paper at this airport.Duty free shops refuse to take Birr but insist USD only. Even banks refuse to take Birr to $. Will add 7% fee on CC purchases. .
Andrew LeeИюль 15, 2013Flying Ethiopian, attitude is diff btwn ordeal and adventure. Delays, cancellations, or general confusion will make you queue. You'll get hotel voucher & food. Confirm bags, use wifi, stay vigilant.
Exchange your currency for Birr in the luggage claim area. They don't charge any commission or fee!

Ghitta BassonИюнь 1, 2018I'm not sure there's anything good here. For an international airport it is terrible! Very unorganized. No clear directions. EVERYONE to take shoes off through security. Dirty! Wear socks not barefoot
There are some drinking water points now, look for them by the central toilets. No wifi at the Gates C
Toné MАпрель 4, 2021What’s good here. Absolutely Nothing! It’s Hot, you go through 4 different checkpoints(TSA) screenings. Then there’s Nothing eat or drink in Gates A14-A16 another TSA screening after all the others.

Ethiopian Birr is worthless in this airport. The only things I could buy with it was a cup of coffee and bottle of water. The money changer would not even buy back Birr! Ridiculous!

Janet TamАпрель 28, 2014Worst duty free shops ever, but there are many. Make sure you have tissue on you if you need to use the restroom - there are either no toilet seats or no toilet paper!
Seriously good waffles in the domestic terminal caf
It is the Ethiopian time... calls for tonnes of patience
