Ali Latifi: The food is good with nice size portions at good prices. It's not very crowded. No delivery, though.

Ali Latifi: This is great. The signs are kind of annoying and make it hard to find at night but for £1.50 to be able to get to from one side to the other is very nice.

Ali Latifi: The coffee is good, the board even has diagrams explaining what's in each. It's a little cramped because it's so small, but nice atmosphere. Prices are also good.

Ali Latifi: Nice guys and good service. I met a member of the Kunduz provincial council here once.

Ali Latifi: They have graphic novels, comics, posters and action figures. It's sort of setup like an old, overcrowded basement. It's really cool though that there's a comic book store around.

Ali Latifi: They have really good, high-end stuff, but their men's selection isn't as nice or as interesting as their women's

Ali Latifi: EVERYthing here is good. The palow is great and not too greasy. The yakhni is great on a "cold" (well, for JBad) night. The kabab is also very good. Seriously, eat here.

Ali Latifi: It's a nice hotel, the most "hotel"-like in the area. The rooms are big and clean, so are the bathrooms, but the shower has a weird pedestal thing.

Ali Latifi: Their bumper cars are more fun than the Park-e Shahr ones. You'll see kids and families, especially on Eid nights.

Ali Latifi: The Palow is good. But greasy.

Ali Latifi: The coffee is good. If you order baklava they bring you a lot, so keep that in mind. It's not per piece, it's per set. The decor is really nice too.

Ali Latifi: Music outside is really weird. Somewhere between New Age and Michael Bolton. Food is good, large portions, though. Good prices. The shisha is also good. In the spring and summer definitely sit outside

Ali Latifi: It's expensive, so be warned. Other than that, they have a pistachio milkshake. It is good. Also they have tandoori chicken. It too, is good.

Ali Latifi: It's only 40 Afghanis to get in but you have to pay for each ride individually -- between 50 and 80 Afghanis. It's really quite fun and can get pretty crowded, especially on holidays.

Ali Latifi: The process of getting into the actual building from the garden is a little unclear but the garden is nice. For an extra 40 Afghanis or so you can take pictures. Also, Karzai's cell phone!

Ali Latifi: It's a little farther from the Masjed-e Jameh and old market than other hotels at the same price, but it's a good hotel. The menu is the same as everywhere else in Herat, chalow kabab.

Ali Latifi: Again, show Haji Musa and his crew a picture of a suit or jacket you like and he can make you pretty much the same thing. His prices are good too.

Ali Latifi: If you show him a picture he can make you pretty much the same thing at a good price. Especially winter coats. He will be late delivering it, though.

Ali Latifi: They have a nice terrace to sit outside. The food menu is simple, kabobs and pizza, but at good prices.

Ali Latifi: They have a simple menu, lots of kabobs and pizza, at good prices. The outside patio has cages of different varieties of birds and takhts to sit on.

Ali Latifi: This is the renamed Blue Flame. They have a similar menu as before and the decor has stayed the same mostly.
