The best time and place to read here is after 6pm on floor 4 or early in the morning from 9am.

Level 1 is a quiet zone and is probably the warmest spot you can find in this building!
Try the 4th and 5th floors for study areas if second floor is too busy.

It's says no food and drinks.... But you'll get away with a coffee and a snack. Just don't use the orbital cafe unless you're desperate.
