Elegant bar and usually full of suits. Not ridiculously expensive, always a good vibe, and not overcrowded.
Most of the items on menu are spicy - if you like that kind of thing! Great choice of breads between naans, paranthas, and rotisserie for making your wraps.

Charming little B&B, if somewhat of the beaten track. 20 minute walk to Bentota beach in theory, but look out for the stray dogs if you decide to walk. Cross the train tracks to get to the beach.
Legitimately one of the best B&Bs I stayed in Sri Lanka. The owners are incredibly friendly and will organise literally anything for you with good deals. Great location, great value-for-money.
