Billed as Rome's oldest restaurant, the exceptional antipasti platters (especially the saltimbocca: veal, sage and prosciutto) and Monte Bianco are evidence of its status as Eternal City legend.
After several trips to Japan I generally refuse to go to sushi joints abroad for fear of being disappointed. No such fear here: fabulous food and service. Michelin star well deserved!
