If you're looking for something other than their fried chicken sandwich, they also have superb brisket and egg salad sandwiches. Come early (before 12:30) for the brisket though - it sells out fast.

I recommend the Chicken Salad because the bread in the sandwich is merely mediocre. Also make sure to try the Lemon Ice! They usually run out so don't go right before closing.

It all works.- Although the line is often intimidating, it moves quickly. Enjoy the sandwiches, and don't skip the molasses cookies.
