Easily in the top ten of meals that I've had anywhere. And the price is certainly right, $86 for the whole tasting menu. Definitely go.
Great food, great presentation, great service, great setting, great value. A real "must try" if you're in town.
Very good sushi offerings. They even have a flaming sushi roll. Probably one of the better places to eat on Santa Cruz.
It was slow so we got to spend some time with the proprietess who was a real gem, the views are gorgeous, the rooms are well appointed and breakfast was excellent. A great choice.
Easily the best food on Isabella. Because of this it gets quite busy so plan ahead. Some folks complain about the price but you're on an island... in one of the world's top tourist destinations...
As of this writing this appears to be a brand new hotel and it really shows. The rooftop in particular is gorgeous but I think I preferred the Acacia to here.
Really lovely beachfront hotel. The thing that really makes this place, though, is the staff. The attentiveness from the front desk team was really helpful.
Fun setting for good coffee. This place is the "it" hangout on Santa Cruz apparently as everyone we spoke to recommended we go here.
Casual place where you can snag a seat on one of their open rooftop terraces and enjoy the view and some decent (not great) beers.
I had some killer Peruvian ceviche here but they do get busy so the service can be slow. It was a bit pricey but again... you're on an island that's a massive tourist trap.
The concept of a Japanese bakery had never even entered my thinking before but this place is great. Really nice environment and good pastries. I'll be back.
Table service can be hit or miss but the food, and especially the pastries, are quite worthwhile.
Rarely do I review lounges, let alone give them a place on my lists. But there's a reason this was Priority Pass' lounge of the year. Chef station, sushi, full bar. Tons of space and lovely design.
Wish we had this in the States. A great place for a fast, good, light meal. This could become my new lunch go-to.
I was surprised to find this here. Good fast-casual place and it has that chain consistency.
Nice attention to detail from these guys and decent food, but doesn't really compare to Coco Surf.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this at GPS. There's even a little outdoor patio area. However, the refreshment options are quite limited.
Standard fast-casual semi-healthy food like wraps and such. I thought the Baja wrap was perfectly fine and well worth the five bucks.
I had a decent burger here but it seems expensive for what it is. Maybe I need to try these eponymous pies...
Decent setting and food. I had the calamari and bolognese which were ok but don't know that I'd go back.
The whole airport is quite nice so I shouldn't have been surprised at how nice this lounge is. Very well appointed, gate convenient, and very good food and drink offerings.
I'm surprised this airport doesn't have higher marks. I was quite surprised with how nice it is and how smooth everything went on my arrival.
