Great butcher shop with a wide variety of meats and cuts AND great soup bones like marrow and veal.
Not your fathers DMV. Once you deal with the line (get there before 745a unless you like lines) they can actually get you in and out relatively quickly (20 mins on avg).

Menu changes often but started w/a Hat in Hand - a well-balanced rum cocktail - before moving onto a make-your-own Old Fashioned (50/50 bourbon/Rye for me).
Open 6 mos at the time and an outstanding sushi experience. Bar for omakase, communal tables for both omakase and a la carte. Also an amazing sake menu with pairings.
Always a line at lunch and for good reason. FiDi's best burrito for sure and that salsa bar! Grab food and an aqua fresca for the full effect.
I've been a fan of his for years and finally made the jump here in Maui. Which wasn't hard. Chris drives a hard bargin and if your nice you may even get some extras out of the deal.
Such a great crew! Very knowledgeable about the area and some of the nicest (and funniest) people you can meet. Lucky if you get Capt. Levi, Dave and Joe on your boat. Go during whale season FTW.
Expensive for sure but well worth the treat. Easily one of the best meals you can have on the island. Go for the chef specials (whatever they are) and match it with one of their outstanding cocktails
Probably among the best food you're going to find on the island. Not everything was perfect but the tom salad and the scallops come close.
