Aussie flare, downtown ambiance, absolutely delicious. Very responsibly priced wine. $1 oysters during happy hour. The kangaroo burger is a must try. Service is outstanding.

Ask for the secret Manhattan Cricket Club and wait to be led upstairs. Old school charm and decor. Downtown vibe on the UWS, much needed. The small tables downstairs also make for a great date spot.

This place was really good! Great happy hour, great drinks, $1 oysters (cash only if you take advantage of the 2 for 1 drink special) Staff was really friendly, would highly recommend!

Restaurant Week - Watermelon salad small, asparagus and poached egg delicious. Chilli jam and fries with kangaroo burger amazing, salmon cooked perfectly. Hazelnut cake very large, pavlova summery.

grab a drink at the bar and say hi to V. The bartender. Also ask about MCC (Manhattan Cricket Club) which is the hidden cocktail lounge upstairs. Food is awesome

Pork belly eggs Benedict will sooth any hangover and hungry belly! The everything Bloody Mary with shrimp, bacon, blue cheese stuffed olives will also do the trick!!

The kangaroo burger is awesome! Honestly, everything on the menu is good. The waiters were so attentive and even discounted our wine!

A good spot for an ok dinner if you want to ultimately get cocktails at the amazing Manhattan Cricket Club (upstairs from restaurant)

"Luxuary" lunch, two course meal plus one glas of wine for $29. White table cloths and really nice restrooms. Overall a nice semi-expensive place.

I love this place, but honestly: the music is terrible. Nobody wants to go to a cool upscale bar and listen to 50s doowap that belongs in an old folk's home.

Went there for brunch and got the Roo Burger. Bottomless mimosas, screwdrivers, bloody marys, bloody marias for 1.5 hours. Yummm

Don't order restaurant menu steak. I ordered the steak and the meat was tough as heck. Can't even cut through it at med rare. My $10 supermarket steak was way better. Drinks were good.

Mediocre food and experience... didn't quite live up to what I expected. Had a deal through urban daddy and they were very picky (certain drinks suddenly not included etc., despite no small print)
