Dave HФевраль 19, 2014This park has an amazing array of hiking and driving. The scenary is maginificant. And its not heavily visited. I was just there in February and there was almost no one in the park.

michael yangИюнь 15, 2012If you have the time, the Strike Valley Overlook deep in the south end of the park is amazing. The drive there from Boulder on the Burr Trail is especially scenic.

Edward HomickМай 27, 2013By far the most disappointing / less scenic of the 5 Utah national parks. Don't waste time going out of your way for here, instead go to arches, canyonlands, or Bryce Canyon, much more scenic NPs

Located in south-central Utah in the heart of red rock country, Capitol Reef National Park is a hidden treasure filled with cliffs, canyons, domes and bridges in the Waterpocket Fold, a geologic monocline (a wrinkle on the earth) extending almost 100 miles.
