Harper's Corner Trail is a nice hike with spectacular views of the canyons below. Head through the Southern entrance near Dinosaur and stop at the visitor's center to get more information.
Get a map with directions and bring a four wheel drive vehicle for the backroad destiations. Some are easily accessible from the main Highway 139 as well.
Get a round of disc in while passing through Rangely. This course can be tricky when its windy out. A mix of open grassy areas and rugged canyonlands. 9 holes. Maps available on campus.
