I would use the stairs to access the upper floors. The term 'lift' has been used here incorrectly. A more appropriate term would be 'wait'. Aside from that (and few toilets) a great public space.
Beautiful, spacious cultural hub of Maastricht, recently renovated. Library, music school, exhibition centre and more.
Nice place to study, drink a cup of coffee or reading books.- I often wonder if people come here just to visit the toilet or to ride the lift; the latter one floor at a time.
